Four Simple Steps
Choose Your Item
Browse the site and pick the product you want — a 25oz sports mug, tumbler, flask, plaque, or anything else in the lineup. Not sure what you need? Contact Victoria and she'll help you figure it out.
Send Your Artwork
Email your design, unit crest, patch scan, or reference image to Victoria at [email protected]. The cleaner the artwork, the sharper the result. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) are ideal, but high-resolution JPGs and PNGs work too.
Review & Approve
Victoria will send you a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the piece. Review it carefully — once you approve, production begins. No surprises.
Production & Shipping
Each piece is hand-sandblasted to order. Allow 2–3 weeks for production. Once complete, your order ships directly to you. Victoria will keep you updated throughout.
Artwork Tips
- Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) produce the sharpest results
- High-resolution JPG or PNG (300dpi+) works well for photos and scans
- Black-and-white or high-contrast designs sandblast most cleanly
- Include any text, dates, names, or rank you want on the piece
- Not sure about your artwork? Send it anyway — Victoria will advise

What's the minimum order quantity?
Just one piece. There's no minimum — order a single mug for a retirement gift or a full set for your unit.
How long does production take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval. Rush orders may be possible — contact Victoria to discuss your timeline.
What if I don't have artwork?
Contact Victoria and describe what you're looking for. She can work with rough sketches, reference images, or a written description to help develop your design.
Do you ship internationally?
